Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will grant you total control over your email accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward e-mails from one email account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your email box accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your mail accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply select the mail account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest.
