Multiple OS in VPS Hosting
Our virtual private server solutions feature three Linux releases which you can choose from for the Operating System of your new hosting server - Debian, Ubuntu and CentOS. In addition to being 100 % free, the OSs are really stable and protected and the key reason to offer the three of them is to make sure that you'll be able to run any kind of application that you'd like, because different pieces of software may have different requirements with regards to the environment they work on. Each of the three OSs is backed by a huge community of developers who have produced thousands of software packages that you can set up and use on your VPS. In accordance with the Operating System that you select, you will also be able to select between three different Control Panels to manage your web hosting content. Needless to say, if you decide that you need a different OS, we can always re-install the server with it. As an optional upgrade, we also offer weekly updates of the OS for maximum stability and security.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Web Hosting
We offer three Operating Systems with our dedicated server packages - CentOS, Ubuntu and Debian. They're all different Linux distributions and we offer them not only because they're free so they won't increase the low price of your new web server, but also because they are really stable and secure. Each of them is backed up by a big community of web developers, so you'll be given the option to choose from a myriad of software packages that you could install on your server if the application that you want to employ has certain requirements. The Operating System will also determine what web hosting Control Panel you can use as the Control Panels that we offer run on particular OSs only and because we would like to provide you with as much versatility as possible, we offer several OSs and multiple Control Panels. If you get a server with a certain Operating System, we could change it upon request in case it turns out that you need alternative one. We will also keep your OS updated on a weekly basis as part of the useful Managed Services upgrade.
